Received my stand today and spent a couple of hours putting it together and setting everything up. Very sleek look but feels sturdy enough for a minor earthquake (I will be attaching earthquake straps very soon). It's great for the spartan minimalist impression but probably won't fit a full home theatre setup.

My only gripe is that the Amazon price has already dropped by $50 and alas, amazon don't do price adjustments anymore. Makes me consider places that do. If it hadn't already cost 2 hours of setup, I'd be tempted to send it back.

I agree with others, stand is very easy to assemble as the assembly instructions are well written and very easy to follow. My 58" Panny plasma hangs beautifully. The stand is an eye catcher, looks great, and the baked high gloss black finish is outstanding. Yes there are extra parts but so what. They are there to accommodate the various flavors of sets on the mkt. Besides who would want to get to the point of mounting a set only to discover you have to special order your brackets. Not me and certainly not you. The stand arrived with one broken leg cap. I sent an email to Bell'O Customer Support and they immediately replied. Three days later I got not one but two leg caps. Nice customer service Bell-O!

My only grief is with Fed-X. Is the stand too heavy for their drivers? They made the excuse of "Undeliverable address" on the web site as my address was not listed only the city and state. Right. Like Fed-X will accept a package with no ship to address. I heard the truck drive by twice earlier but not stop. Why not? Probably because the driver thought he/she had to carry the unit up a flight of stairs? Idiot. If he/she would have stopped, I would have opened the delivery door on the 1st level. I called Fed-X and gave them specific delivery instructions. The next day it arrived brought by a hefty driver with big guns. When I inspected the box it appeared as if someone removed the "original" address label. Hmmm. I reported this back to Bell-O CS to change carriers.

It's black, the glass is black so one must dust often for appearance sake. I find that microfiber cloth slightly damp works great at removing dust bunnies and leaves no streaks on the glass. Go for it, you will be happy you did.
